Have tummy, will travel

Here are a few photos from the fun places Miana got to travel to while she was still in my tummy:

Torrey Pines Golf Course in San Diego, CA

A Red Sox game at Fenway Park in Boston, MA

A Pink concert in Boston, MA

Las Vegas, NV

I guess this means I'm at the right place....

Valentine's arrived a little early this year in the form of.......a
  Petunia Pickle Bottom Wistful Weekender
No big deal.

The UPS driver pulled in as I was running calmly walking down the stairs before he even got out of his truck. I was annoyingly giddy. "I guess this means I'm at the right place."

Aint she purdy?!

And HUGE! Miana can fit in that thing! Which isn't really saying much because she isn't the tallest gnome on the lawn...

It's a healthy obsession

And then the lover's iPhone came moments later. And I pouted just a little bit. But then remembered that I got to touch it 1st because he was in a meeting! Neener neener!

and we lived happily.ever.after.

How 'bout them Packers?

We had a few people over Sunday to watch the game and enjoy some hamburgers, hot dogs, lots of appetizers, and we even got a keg! ;) I'll admit that I didn't actually pay much attention to the game, or even the commercials which are always the best part! One of my friends even had the nerve to tell me that the Superbowl is known for having funny commercials. I was like....umm...yeah, this isn't my first Superbowl!!! kthanksbye

Peter Piper Picked a Peck of Pickled Peppers

We took the girls to Peter Piper Pizza tonight. It was Miana's first time and she had a blast!

When did she get so big?!

All the girls

Daddy shooting hoops

Mommy and Hannah won these, so she went around the rest of the night saying "BALL"

So sweet. Watching Daddy play :)

C♥♥KIE MONSTERS

We had the girls for a few days this week, and since we won't have them for Valentine's Day, we decided to make some early Valentine's Day cookies while Daddy was at work

Chocolate Cookies:
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg yolk
1 tsp almond extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix wet ingredients, add dry

Roll out dough and then use cookie cutters

Bake for 7-9 minutes
{decorate}

For these, we just rolled them into balls and then formed them into presents

Check out these plates I got at Target a few years ago!

ENJOY!

If your kitchen does not look like this, you did something wrong ;)

For the frosting, I didn't have an exact recipe. Just threw together:

1 stick of butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
milk
powdered sugar

On January 22 (yes, I'm really late), Miana and I went to the Barrett Jackson car show with my mom, sister, one of my brothers, and my Uncle. We had such a fun time and Miana did SO awesome! Here are a few pictures:
